Where to start
This is how we started ours: We were in Italy and found an old camera on our way back from dinner with friends at an ancient ruin. We took some photos and then put them on our phones. Later that night when we got home from dinner (which was also incredible). We took out the phone again and uploaded those same photos into something called “The Best Memories App”.
It allows you to edit any aspect of images before uploading them onto social media platforms. Like Facebook or Instagram! It was super easy-peasy-lemonade!

- Get there early! The sun sets at 5:00 PM in Goa and the beach is absolutely beautiful by then. If you don’t have time to get there early, try to get there at least an hour before sunset.
- Bring water! You’ll be spending a lot of time on the beach. And it can be really hot, especially when it’s windy. Always bring some water with you so that you can stay hydrated. And avoid those nasty headaches from dehydration!
- Bring snacks and drinks! There are plenty of places along the beach where you can buy some food and drinks. You can keep yourself going through the day. You can also take some along in your bag if need be too!
- Pack your own towel! They are very expensive here so make sure that you bring your own towel and not just use theirs. It’s not only nicer but also more hygienic since they will wash them after each use. It means no germs floating around or anything like that. It could make you sick or give other people sick.
