8 Examples Of Content For Local SEO
1. A Landing Page Tailored to a Specific City
This is going to be a lot of fun: Without a location-specific webpage, is it possible to rank for local keyword terms?
You might be successful after a few sleepless nights, but if you have a location webpage, it will be much simpler for you to rank in the local search engine results pages (SERPs).
Take a page from Denny’s playbook if you run a local business with multiple locations.
They made a unique page for each one of the different locations. This is the page for the Denny’s restaurant that is located in New Port Richey, Florida.

Another wonderful illustration of this can be found in Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams. You will be able to watch Jeni talk about local landmarks and downtown areas, which will be paired with distinctive images of the area.

2. State Or Regional Landing Page
It is difficult to excite any client about the prospect of creating more content. However, when it comes to competing in the local SEO space, the content you produce could either make or break your attempt to move up from Page 2 or Page 3 to Page 1.
If the creation of multiple city-specific location pages seems like an overwhelming task to you, you should begin with the city or region that your locations are located in SEO company in delhi.
Consider the Miami page on the Airbnb website as an example.
They developed city-specific content that was relevant to the topic of staying in Miami. The content on this page is a perfect match for the search intent that was entered. Just keep scrolling.

I’ve seen a lot of different examples of local content silos, but this one is one of the best.
They aren’t the only ones, either.
State-specific pages were developed by Incfile, a company similar to LegalZoom that caters to sole proprietors but is superior.

(I should mention that during my time working with First Page Strategy, Incfile was one of my clients.)
The team did an extensive investigation into buyer personas in order to gain a better understanding of their target demographic before building these state location pages local SEO services india.
Incfile came to the conclusion that incorporating state location pages into their website would provide a more positive user experience for their clientele. Not only did Incfile increase its organic traffic, but it also improved its conversion rate.
3. FAQ Pages
The content on my FAQ pages is getting very close to being able to satisfy all of my requirements for local SEO.
The following are some examples of frequently asked questions pages for local businesses.
On its service pages, Handy provides frequently asked questions.

You can pique the interest of your local audience by providing a discount that is tied to a specific location. You are giving them the impression that they are unique.
It is a very competitive race to the top of the local search engine results pages (SERPs). There is no discount that is insufficient.
5. Host Local Events
I check the events on my Facebook profile every Friday, almost on the hour, to find out what I can look forward to doing over the weekend.
There is always some kind of festival, free yoga class, or charity dog wash taking place in the area.
As a marketer, one of my favourite things is when local businesses use events on Facebook to drive awareness. But one thing that really bothers me about their website is that the event isn’t listed there.
Oh, no! Whomp whomp!
If you are hosting a local event but do not announce it on your website, you are passing up a significant opportunity to improve your local search engine optimization (SEO).

Is the thought of organising a gathering in your community too intimidating for you, much like the first time you attempted to place an order from the dollar menu at McDonald’s? Then you should think about forming a partnership with a local event.
Similar to how Suncoast Credit Union operates. They not only provided a discount for the VIP experience, but they also sponsored the event.

And, it works. After enhancing the content management system (CMS) with an Events Calendar, Milestone was successful in boosting the organic traffic to the luxury boutique hotel Charley Creek Inn by 81%.
Discussing local events is a good alternative to sponsoring them if your organisation does not have the financial means to do so.

2021 Blog Content The content of a blog is where all of the action takes place. If you run a local business and are interested in competing in the local SERPs, maintaining an active blog will help improve your rankings in those results.

8. ‘Best Of’ Guides
When it comes to compiling a list of the “best of,” I’d like to paraphrase a line from the song “You Can Have Whatever You Like” by the rapper T.I.
When creating a “best of” list, your goal should be to compile a reference that provides your readers with all of the aspects of a subject that appeal to them the most.
The Director of Search at Online Ownership, Tim Capper, developed a central repository of city location guides for a taxi company, which resulted in the keyword visibility moving up 99 positions in the search engine results pages (SERPs).
These guides featured downloadable versions of Google Maps, video content that offered dashcam advice from local taxi drivers, guides to local airports, and more.
Take, for instance, these incredible coffee guides that were crafted by Coffeebar.

When it comes to quick service restaurants, press pages are comparable to Wendy’s. You are aware that it is present, but you don’t typically pay attention to it.
When I came across the press page for WeWork, I couldn’t help but be amazed at the photographs that they had available of each of their locations.
